This form is used for submission of an on-line version of your tech report to our on-line technical report listing. Someone will validate the submission and it will be posted. A technical report number will be assigned to you.

Postscript File Location:
	Must be a file which the poster of this submission can grab and move to the PARL ftp site
	A directory (/parl/userid/papers/paper1.ps) is acceptable if it's readable by the webmaster
	
Publication Location:
	Here you would put where this paper was published or where the presentation was presented.
	You could even put volume, page, etc.

	If the report was presented at conference, published in a technical journal, etc this would link to some that venue's
